Open Trouble Ticket
To open a trouble ticket with Sotel Systems Voice Services, follow either of the following procedures:
- Open a request through the OptiStat Support Center; or
- Send an email describing the problem to firstname.lastname@example.org, or
- Call 1-877-MY-SOTEL (1-877-697-6835).
When reporting intermittent problems (one-way audio, echo, can't ring a specific destination, etc.) please include the following information:
- the date and time of the call or call attempt;
- the caller and called phone number;
- the IP address of your system;
- the SIP Call-ID for the call, if available.
