SoTel Technical Support Change

To All SoTel Partners,
In an ongoing effort to improve our Technical Support Services, we have made a minor change to our current support offering. SoTel Systems will now provide FREE support to our Partners for 30 days after the purchase date of our authorized systems (Siemens, Epygi, Snom). If you require additional support beyond the initial 30 day period, then you have the option to purchase a 12 month support package for that system (see Addendum A of the SoTel Technical Services document in the "Downloads" section).
For those of you who have already purchased/installed systems prior to June 1st 2011, we will support you on those systems until the end of August free of charge. If you require SoTel Support beyond that time, then you will have the option to purchase a support package.
