Upstream Carrier Service Impact Notification

Please be advised that SoTel System's upstream carrer Bandwidth.com has been notified of a Fiber Cut in the Midwest area.
Currently, affected calls are not reaching the Bandwidth network and callers are experiencing a fast busy, and/or operator intercept messages. Their vendor has identified 1 DS3 that is affected out of Appleton, WI, LATA 350.
SoTel has been advised that technicians are working diligently with the local vendor for resolution.

UPDATE: 3:45PM CST, Bandwidth.com has been advised that the local vendor has restored the DS3, and calls are completing as expected. SoTel Systems has also tested and confirmed successfully.
